Opportunity#1: Children’s Institute, Inc. Watts Health Fair for Head Start Children

Job description: As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to interact with our children from the Head Start Program by providing them with the help they need to take advantage of the many free health services this fair will provide for them and their families. Your assistance is sure to make this a truly successful event.

Place of work: Health Fair at our Watts Campus on March 14, 2015, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Opportunity #2: Give the Gift of Comfort at Life's End Providence TrinityCare Hospice

Job description: Making a difference for those at the end of life can have a profound effect on our lives and the lives we touch. As a TrinityCare volunteer, you'll work together with or palliative care and hospice team to meet the needs of each patient and their family.

Opportunity # 3: March for Babies 2015 - Exposition Park!  March of Dimes - Los Angeles Division

Job description: VOLUNTEER AT THE ANNUAL MARCH FOR BABIES CHARITY WALK. COME OUT AND SUPPORT THE MARCH OF DIMES AND OUR MISSION TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF BABIES. RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE: SITE SET UP, HELP AT REGISTRATION, FOOD PREPARATION, PASSING OUT WATER AT CHECKPOINTS, MANING KIDS ZONE GAMES, PASS OUT STICKERS AT THE FINISH LINE AND MUCH MORE.
